Votre Spray DIY pour ravivez vos boucles

Your DIY spray to revive your curls

Curly and wavy hair often craves moisture. Between pollution, sun, styling, or simply a lack of water, it can quickly become dry and lose its definition. Hydrating spray is the ideal ally to revive your curls with a few simple steps, throughout the day.

Good news: it's possible to make your own effective and 100% natural homemade hydrating spray.

Benefits of a hydrating spray

Instantly revives curls: redefines frizzy or flattened strands.

Deeply moisturizes: provides the water and active ingredients curls need.

Easy to use: spray when your hair needs it, no rinsing required.

Customizable: you can adapt it to your hair type and preferences.

Homemade hydrating spray recipe

Ingredients (for a 200 ml bottle):

150 ml of mineral water or floral hydrosol (rose, orange blossom, or chamomile)

1 tbsp of aloe vera gel (hydrating and soothing)

1 tsp of light vegetable oil (jojoba, sweet almond, or grapeseed)

5 to 10 drops of vegetable glycerin (to maintain hydration)

(Optional) A few drops of lavender or ylang-ylang essential oil for fragrance

Preparation:

In a clean spray bottle, pour the water or hydrosol.

Add the aloe vera gel and mix well.

Incorporate the vegetable oil, then the glycerin.

Shake vigorously before each use to thoroughly mix the aqueous and oily phases.

How to use it?

Spray the mist onto your lengths and ends, in the morning to revive your curls or throughout the day as soon as they appear dull or dry.

Scrunch your curls with your hands to reshape them.

Avoid the roots if they tend to get oily.
